Following exponential growth within the corporate world, multi-award-winning MAYDAY Recruitment Group identified a large blue gap in the market! The need for a service offering an incredibly quick turnaround, showing a true understanding of the technical workforce, coupled with their industry-leading β€˜Care Factor’ led to the origination of MAYDAY Blue.

From humble beginnings in 2019 as a small electrical labour hire agency, the Blue brand quickly grew to placing sparkies, HVAC and plumbers across some of the leading projects in Sydney. In 2020 MAYDAY Group appointed David Booth to grow the current business whilst delivering exceptional services to both clients and candidates across Australia. David brings over 12 years of experience in sourcing white and blue-collar roles in the Supply Chain Industry whilst also managing specialist recruitment teams within the Construction, FM and Engineering sectors.

Today MADAY Blue offers a full range of technical recruitment services from skilled trades positions through to white collar professional and management roles across the Supply Chain, Construction, Engineering and FM industries.
